John ArndtPresident & CEO
President & CEO
With over 40 years experience in the industry and 36 years spent with DWC, John serves as the President & CEO. His professional responsibilities include establishing the vision and direction for the company. John, who’s a LEED Accredited Professional, is confident that the DWC team can solve any construction problem. When John’s not providing technical assistance to the team, he enjoys traveling with his wife, extreme hiking and being the household handyman.
Craig FulcherVice President
Craig’s ability to meet deadlines and come up with alternate plans when problems arise has greatly contributed to his role as Vice President of DWC. He joined the DWC team 15 years ago and has worked on two projects that have received ABC’s Excellence in Construction Award. When Craig’s not working with clients and project managers, he enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking and gardening.
Laura LoJaconoDirector of Business Development
Director of Business Development
As Director of Business Development, Laura is responsible for building relationships within the industry. In addition to developing and executing marketing strategies, she’s working to complete her CPSM certification. When Laura’s not strategically thinking in the workplace, you’ll find her hiking, traveling and spending time with her three grown boys.

Bryan, who has almost two decades of experience in the industry, says his favorite part of the job is not knowing what’s next to come. Bryan and his wife have two young boys that keep him busy during their time away from work.
Dean WatsonCARPENTERSPLUS Manager
Dean’s can-do attitude and problem-solving ability has greatly contributed to his role as the Manager of CARPENTERSPLUS. With over 30 years spent at DWC, his favorite part about his job is being challenged. Aside from work, Dean enjoys fishing, boating and spending time with his family.
Vince ArnettOperations Manager
Vince, who has over 40 years experience in the industry, is known for being a team player and for his winning attitude. The thing he loves most about work is being challenged. When Vince is not overseeing field operations, you’ll find him fishing, hunting and riding ATVs.
Shanna HelmProject Manager
Shanna’s known for her technical background and the attention she pays to detail. She’s a LEED Accredited Professional that loves being able to see the physically transformed space at the end of a project. When Shanna’s not managing DWC projects, you’ll find her playing tennis or hanging out with her family which has recently grown to include twin boy and girl babies!
In the workplace, John enjoys the challenge of day-to-day financial activities, meeting deadlines and helping others with HR items & issues. Aside from DWC, John enjoys coaching his son’s basketball and baseball teams. He also enjoys staying involved in his church as a Deacon and Sunday school teacher.
Jon KinneyProject Manager
Jon joined DWC after working in his family’s commercial contracting business in Southern California. Having worked his way from the ground up has given Jon a rich perspective on all facets of commercial construction. When not working, Jon enjoys crossfit training, supporting his wife, Kaela Kinney, in her music career, and breeding Australian Shepards.
Tyler GloverProject Manager
Tyler enjoys seeing projects go from just an idea to a final build. He thrives on solving problems and anticipating ways to make the process more enjoyable for the client. When he isn’t running projects, he enjoys golfing and traveling with his wife to feed his passion for photography.

Accounts Payable Specialist
Laura’s strong organizational skills and attention to detail make her well-suited for her role and its challenges. She says the best part of her job is that our people are great to work with! Laura is bi-lingual in Spanish and English. She has a young son, Alex and enjoys time with her family.
David WhiteProject Manager
David started his construction career serving in a US Naval Mobile Construction Battalion or “Seabees” as they are known. He spent the next 22 years as a Construction Superintendent. For the past five yearsDavid has been in project management. With his years of field experience, attention to detail, and the Seabee motto “Can Do” he works hard for his clients. When not at work you can find him behind a camera shooting high school sports or on the beach.
Jennifer DealProject Manager
Jennifer brings over 25 years of experience designing, building and developing one of a kind projects in the Nashville area. She strives to make the customer’s experience extraordinary by answering tough questions with the heart of a teacher. When she is not managing projects for DWC she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, playing golf and taking long walks with her dog Cricket.
Kim DeragonProject Management Assistant
Project Management Assistant
Kim’s Interior Design background, where managing multiple projects simultaneously is required, serves her well in her role as Project Management Assistant at DWC. She is ASID Certified and loves to watch as creative and technical solutions are applied to an interior space, realizing the client’s goals. When Kim is not assisting the project managers at DWC, you’ll find her spending time outdoors with her family, gardening and playing with her dog, Cosmo.
Stephen VaughnProject Manager
Stephen’s background includes building material sales, commercial framing and ground up construction. He has been involved in the industry since 1992. This diversity has provided a well-rounded view of commercial construction through several different perspectives. When away from work, Stephen enjoys boating with his family, hunting, fishing and playing golf.

Leona has over 25 years of experience in accounting and has worked in a variety of industries throughout her career. She says the best part of her job is working for a company where she feels valued and appreciated. She is the mother of four daughters and two grandsons! Enjoys spending time with her family and decorating her new home.
Jeff BuxtonSr. Manager Strategy & Operations
Sr. Manager Strategy & Operations
Prior to joining DWC, Jeff and his wife were living in New York City where he worked for Madison Square Garden as a part of their construction and real estate finance team. Jeff brings a diverse background to Nashville and enjoys collaborating to solve problems and make things easier. In his spare time Jeff can be found reading, cooking, trying new restaurants or out for a run.
Lonnie HostinSenior Manager Knoxville
Senior Manager Knoxville
Lonne Hostin, our newest team member, joined DWC to head up our Knoxville office. Established in late 2017, our Knoxville location will allow DWC to serve clients in that region that we previously had to refer elsewhere. Lonnie brings several decades experience with him, including founding and running his own general contracting business in Dallas for a number of years. He has lived in Knoxville for the past several years and has worked for a GC there. Lonnie’s wealth of experience and easy manner foster relationships built on trust and exceeding client expectations. We are very happy to have him join our team!
