Service Source

The Project:

As with many new investors in Nashville real estate who are acquiring properties and improving them, the new owners of the Service Source building wanted a ‘wow’ impression for anyone entering their building. Beginning with the removal of an escalator that led to the second floor banking lobby for a previous anchor tenant, DWC was engaged for each of several iterations of capital improvements that culminated in the creation of the striking new lobby.  Property managed by Stoltz Management.
