Knoxville – 714 S. Gay Street

The Project:

DWC Construction was proud to partner with Radius Partners, LLC to provide construction services to renovate a building at 714 South Gay Street in Knoxville, Tennessee. This section of downtown was developed in the 1790s and has served as the city’s principle financial and commercial thoroughfare and has played a primary role in the city’s historical and cultural development. This project included renovation, restoration and repair of the exterior, including 3 floors with basement, outside decking, along with roof, wiring and HVAC repairs.
